Official MS Team PokerPadz - 50 mile MS Charity Walk 2007

MS 50 Mile Challenge Walk: Sept. 7 – 9, Twin Cities, Minnesota

On September 7th I will begin walking in my first MS 50 Mile Challenge Walk, along with a team of 10 other walkers – my mother, my sister, my brother, my sister in-law and 6 other fellow walkers who have all agreed to walk in the Twin Cities, Multiple Sclerosis Challenge Walk.

I am doing this walk to help support two dear friends who are personally suffering from this unpredictable disease in addition to the many others who I don't know but will meet along the walk, as many people who have MS participate in this walk themselves.

My mother has walked in this walk for the past 5 years and if my 65 year old mother can walk 50 miles in 3 days, I better be able to do so my self or I will go down trying.

What a better way to kick the New Year off than with a lofty charity goal in mind and a physical challenge that will keep me focused for the majority of 2007 while raising money for a great cause. Apparently it is a very inspirational event and one that I am looking forward too!

Our goal is to raise $100,000 by Sept 1, 2007. I am starting early this year as my second goal is to raise a minimum of $12,000 each month in order to reach the $100,000 mark.

I am hoping that you will be willing to make a pledge to help me reach my goal! Your donation is tax deductible! Donations do not need to be large as small donations add up to big numbers!

To make an online donation, please do so at MS TEAM POKERPADZ

Thank you in advance for your support. If you have questions or comments or would like to participate in this walk, please e-mail me at Kristin@pokerpadz.com

Thanks again for helping make a difference in the lives of those suffering from MS!
Sincerely,

Kristin Cranford
